Join us at Hagood Mill Historic Site for a beloved holiday tradition—the Ed Harrison Memorial Celtic Christmas. This annual celebration honors the Scotch and Irish musical roots that helped shape Appalachian and American folk music. Enjoy a festive day filled with live Celtic performances, traditional craft demonstrations, and seasonal fun for the whole family.
This year’s Celtic Christmas features an exceptional lineup of regional and Celtic musicians:
Madeline Dierhauf & Friends
Buzzy & Mike (Elizabeth Adams & Michael Ellison)
Goers & Allen (Marshall Goers & Lucy Allen)
The Fenians — Richard Beard (host of Celtic Winds on WNCW), Alan Dilman & Jessica Paull
Drop O’ the Pure
Greenville Pipes & Drums
Sweet Potato Pie Kids (Young Appalachian Musicians)
Enjoy a full day of performances blending Celtic tradition, Appalachian heritage, and holiday spirit.
Beyond the music, Hagood Mill will be alive with activity:
