Back to School Par-3 Challenge
Join us for a fun-filled evening of golf as we celebrate the start of the school year. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, this tournament is designed for everyone to enjoy a fantastic day on the green.
Tournament Details

Format: 1 Adult & 1 Child (17 & under) per team Includes: Longest Putt contest, Closest to the Pin contest, Burger Plate for both the adult and junior participant, Eligibility for prize payouts |
Date: Friday, July 31st, 2026 Time: Tee off is between 4:30PM – 7:30PM Location: Pickens Golf Club 1018 Country Club Rd. Pickens, SC 29671 |
Entry Fee: $50 per team
The adult teammate does not have to be a parent. Teams may consist of any adult and junior pairing including Parent, Grandparent, Aunt or Uncle, Older Sibling, Family Friend, Coworker, or Mentor.
To ensure fair competition, each team must play their round with another twosome (four players total).
Prize Payouts
Approximately 33% of the field will receive Pro Shop Gift Certificates (or Pro Shop Credit Book for Pickens Golf Club members).
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Teams (lowest scores) will receive prize payouts.
The remaining paid positions will be randomly drawn from all other eligible teams once registration closes and the field is finalized.
The total number of paid places will be announced after registration closes.
Everyone has a chance to win, regardless of score!
Each winner of the longest putt contest and closest to the pin contest will receive a dozen Srixon Q-Star Tour golf balls!

Menu: Burger plate, Drink, and Dessert
Dinner will begin at 6:00PM
