Blacksmithing: Courting Candle Class – November 11, 2026

🔥 Blacksmithing: Courting Candle Class 🔥

Presented by Kevin Thompson of Electric City Forge

New class! In this hands-on, full-day workshop, students will forge a rustic candle holder based on an early Pennsylvania Dutch design. The holder is built around a loose spiral, similar to a spring, that cradles the candle.

Students will also make an adjustable mechanism to raise and lower the candle, and design their own finial for the top of the holder. Choices can include a scroll, leaf, heart, and more, so every piece is one of a kind.
